PECC4 has large and powerful team of engineers, experts and staff who have been aducated in top Universities with numerous majorities of science, technology and economy. Those staff have being taken part in domestic and oversea training courses. With enhancing professionalism, updated and applying advanced technologies, staff and engineers of PECC4 have carried out many projects of power plants and power grids with lagre scale and capacity in all design stages.
