Announcement of the Appointment of the General Director of EVNPECC4

On the afternoon of June 26, 2023, in Nha Trang City, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) held a ceremony to announce the decision made by the Board of Directors regarding the appointment of Mr. Tran Cao Hy as the General Director of EVNPECC4.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Cao Quyen, Chairman of the Board, along with Board of Directors members, the Executive Board, leaders of various departments, and employees of the Company.

During the ceremony, Mr. Le Cao Quyen, Chairman of the Board of EVNPECC4, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Tran Cao Hy, officially designating him as the General Director of EVNPECC4, effective from June 26, 2023.

Before being appointed as the General Director of EVNPECC4, Mr. Tran Cao Hy had held various positions and leadership roles within the Company. Throughout his career, he has also been recognized with commendations from the Prime Minister, the State Capital Management Committee in Enterprises, and Vietnam Electricity.

Mr. Tran Cao Hy expressed his profound honor during the announcement ceremony for being appointed to this position. He expressed gratitude for the trust and confidence of the Company's Executive Board and pledged to work with the Executive Board and employees to fulfill the annual business objectives set by the General Shareholders' Meeting.
