Commemoration of the 111th International Women's Day on March 8th

In the spirit of celebrating the nationwide International Women's Day March 8th, on the morning of March 8th, 2020, at Champa Island - Nha Trang, the Women's Union of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 held a commemoration event for the 111th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8th, 1910 - March 8th, 2021) and the 1981st anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.

During the conference, the Women's Union reviewed the history and significance meaning of International Women's Day and the heroic tradition of the first two national female heroes who fought against foreign invaders, safeguarding the Vietnamese land and sovereignty (Hai Ba Trung Uprising).

The conference also summarized and commended the "Excellences in State Affairs, and Household Affairs" (2 excellences) movement, in which 61 out of 65 women achieved the title of "2 excellences" in 2020. The dissemination of new points in the 2019 Labor Law, which took effect in 2021, focused on issues related to female workers and the calculation of retirement age based on birth year from 2021 onwards and disseminated the EVN Initial Health Care Handbook for female employees.

Furthermore, female employees actively discussed the issue of improving professional competence and foreign language training in the current phase to propose their aspirations to the company.
