Developing foreign language competency - a practical step by EVNPECC4 in building a professional consulting engineering team
On October 29th 2025, at the Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) in collaboration with AZEnglish Education Joint Stock Company organized the Closing Ceremony of the Communicative English Course.
The Communicative English Course consisted of three levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. The classes began implementation from early April 2025, taught directly by teachers from AZEnglish Education Joint Stock Company during evening sessions (Monday - Wednesday - Friday, from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM). All classes had foreign teachers (native teachers with pedagogical skills) participating in teaching with appropriate time ratios for each course.
Continuously over the past months, EVNPECC4 trainees have made efforts to arrange and complete their work assigned by the Company and personal tasks to participate in studying, training, improving communication skills and successfully completing the set objectives (listening, speaking, reading, writing, and especially being able to communicate directly with foreigners).
According to professional assessments from the teachers who directly taught the courses, all EVNPECC4 trainees made great efforts in successfully completing the course, through which English communication skills in all classes were clearly improved, meeting the set requirements.

The Communicative English training course: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced is part of EVNPECC4's 2025 Training Plan. Previously, the Advanced Communicative English Class was also completed at the end of June 2025.

The organization of the English Language Competency Enhancement Training Course affirms EVNPECC4's proactive approach in improving foreign language competency for its staff. This is also strong evidence of EVNPECC4's commitment to improving management quality and efficiency in production and business operations.

In particular, the Communicative English Training Course also contributes to implementing the Training Regulations for Human Resource Development in Vietnam Electricity and EVNPECC4, helping to improve foreign language proficiency for key staffs in the Company, in line with international integration trends, promoting the beauty of corporate culture, ensuring sufficient high-quality human resources with professional and foreign language capabilities to meet professional requirements in production and business operations, in accordance with EVNPECC4's sustainable development requirements.
