Energization of 220kV Do Luong - Nam Cam transmission line to celebrate the 5th EVNNPT Labor Union Congress
At 1:05 PM on November 30th 2025, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and the Central Vietnam Power Project Management Board (CPMB), in coordination with relevant units, successfully energized the 220kV Do Luong - Nam Cam transmission line project, celebrating the 5th EVNNPT Labor Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
This is a Class I energy project, with EVNNPT as the investor, CPMB managing and operating the project, and Power Transmission Company 1 taking over operation. The project was approved for investment policy by the People's Committee of Nghe An province, and the investor was approved under Decision No. 123/QD-UBND dated November 11th, 2024.

The project scale includes construction of 2 circuits of 220kV transmission line from 220kV Do Luong Substation to 220kV Nam Cam Substation with a length of approximately 37 km. Specifically, the section from G4 - G6 (route length approximately 4 km) was constructed with 04 circuits to combine with the 2 circuits of the 110kV Do Luong - Nam Dan transmission line. The bay expansion section at 220kV Do Luong Substation will install equipment for 2 bays of 220kV in the 220kV Do Luong Substation (existing) and connect the information system for the 220kV Do Luong - Nam Cam transmission line.
