EVNPECC4 Labor Union for the 2025-2030 term: "Focus on the grassroots – Put union members and employees at the centre – Innovation, flexibility, adaptation and effectiveness"

On November 21^st, 2025 in Khanh Hoa, the Labor Union of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) successfully organized the 9^th Representative Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress was attended by representatives of the Party Committee, the Executive Board and more than 50 delegates representing nearly 400 union members and employees. Notably, the Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Nguyen Kim Thanh - Vice President of the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) Labor Union, along with representatives from EVN Labor Union Committees to attend and provide guidance.

During the 2023-2025 term, the EVNPECC4 Labor Union effectively accompanied professional work, ensuring stable employment and improving employees' lives; launching many emulation movements to complete key projects in the electricity sector such as Bac Ai pumped-storage hydropower plant; Con Dao submarine cable power supply; 500kV Nam Dinh 1 - Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh 1 - Pho Noi; Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission lines.

The Congress unanimously agreed on the overarching objective for the entire 2025-2030 term: "Focus on the grassroots – Put union members and employeess at the center – Innovation, flexibility, adaptation and effectiveness". Key annual tasks include: 100% of union members receive education on the Party's Resolutions, State laws and EVN Labor Union Resolutions; 80% of divisional/affiliated labor unions achieve "good task completion" rating; at least 90% of female employees achieve the "Double Excellence" title; at least 10 outstanding union members are recommended to the Party; 100% of union members respond to production labor emulation movements, completing business production tasks; organizing Employees' Conferences and workplace dialogues in accordance with higher-level regulations; 100% of union members and employees study to improve professional qualifications; implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style"; organizing cultural, physical education and sports activities throughout the Company…

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Kim Thanh - Vice President of EVN Labor Union respectfully commended the efforts and achievements of the officers, union members and employees of EVNPECC4 during the previous term. Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Vice President of EVN Labor Union requested that the EVNPECC4 Labor Union continue the spirit of solidarity, initiative and professionalism, building an increasingly strong Labor Union organization, successfully implementing the set goals and tasks.

The Congress elected the 9th Executive Committee of EVNPECC4 Labor Union consisting of 9 comrades. At the first meeting, the Executive Committee agreed on key positions according to regulations; Comrade Nguyen Nhu Dong continued to be trusted and elected to hold the position of Labor Union President. The Congress also elected a delegation of 3 comrades to attend the 7th EVN Labor Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Representing the Executive Committee of EVNPECC4 Labor Union for the 2025-2030 term, Comrade Nguyen Nhu Dong - Labor Union President affirmed the determination to build a strong Labor Union organization, better care for union members and employees; create clear changes in labor union activities at all levels; serve as a reliable bridge between employees and Company Leadership; contribute to building a professional, safe, humane and effective work environment. The EVNPECC4 Labor Union President called on all union members, employees to promote the tradition of solidarity, sense of responsibility, creativity and dedication aspiration; actively respond to emulation movements, unite efforts to successfully implement the Labor Union Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.

The 9th EVNPECC4 Labor Union Representative Congress for the 2025-2030 term took place in a lively emulation atmosphere as the entire Company is striving to complete key projects, establishing achievements to celebrate the 7th Vietnam Electricity Labor Union Congress and moving towards the 14th Vietnam Labor Union Congress. With the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 9th EVNPECC4 Labor Union Representative Congress was successfully held, opening a new term to continue building a strong union member workforce and Labor Union organization, in line with the Company's development strategy in the new period; accompanying professional work to build EVNPECC4 for sustainable development, continuing to affirm its position as a leading consulting firm in Vietnam's electricity sector.

Immediately after the Congress concluded, the 9th Executive Committee of EVNPECC4 Labor Union promptly deployed activities to care for and provide timely support to union members, employees and their families affected by flooding and natural disasters at the end of November 2025. Through rapid assessment of the situation at units, the Labor Union Executive Committee organized visits, encouragement and material support for cases with heavy losses; at the same time coordinated with professional departments and mass organizations to launch internal mutual assistance movements, mobilizing resources to help staff stabilize their lives, overcome natural disaster consequences, and return to work with peace of mind. These timely and humane actions continue to affirm the role of the Labor Union organization as a "pillar of support" during the most difficult times for union members and employees.
