EVNPECC4 organized a Strategic Management Training Program
In the rapidly changing world, characterized by (i) new technologies, (ii) various new business methods and models, (iii) global processes and the deep integration of Vietnam's economy with the world economy, and (iv) global crises such as natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, and wars, enterprises are required to innovate comprehensively, faster, and more effectively to survive and seize unprecedented development opportunities.
To meet these changes, the leadership of EVNPECC4 and the management of its units and individual employees need to be more dynamic, creative, and proactive as the electricity market becomes increasingly diverse and competitive.
In order to equip and enhance the knowledge and modern skills in corporate governance, EVNPECC4 organized a Strategic Management Training Program for the company's leaders and managers on March 27th-28th, 2021.
The lecturer, Dr. Nguyen Huu Lam, has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, USA. He is an expert in creative thinking capability, strategic management, organizational change and development, leadership development, faculty development, competency-based education and training, and international human resource development.
The training program was highly beneficial and successfully conducted in a solemn, dynamic, and open atmosphere between the lecturer and participating learners.
