EVNPECC4 organized "Full Moon Festival" Mid-Autumn 2025 for employees' children

For many consecutive years, the work of caring for the spiritual life and nurturing the young generation, children of officers and employees has always received close attention and promotion from the Executive Board and the Labor Union of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4). This is one of the meaningful activities that demonstrates the beauty of corporate culture and the profound humanitarian tradition of EVNPECC4.

On the evening of October 5^th2025, at the headquarters of 11 Hoang Hoa Tham - Nha Trang Ward, the Company's Labor Union coordinated with the Company's Youth Union to organize the warm and meaningful "Full Moon Festival" Mid-Autumn 2025 program for the children of the Company's employees.

With thorough preparation in both content and format, the program truly brought to children a traditional Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 atmosphere rich in folk identity. The children were immersed in many interesting games, interacted with Uncle Cuoi and Sister Hang, and received meaningful gifts from the Organizing Committee.

In particular, the vibrant and professional Lion & Dragon dance performance became the highlight of the program, contributing to creating a cheerful atmosphere full of memorable childhood Mid-Autumn Festival colors for the children.

The traditional "Full Moon Festival" activity, held annually, not only brings to the children of the Company's employees a festival full of joy and laughter, but also demonstrates the practical and profound care of the Executive Board, Labor Union and Youth Union of EVNPECC4 for the future generation - the young buds of the country.

This is also an occasion for the children of the Company's employees to increase their love, attachment and understanding of EVNPECC4's traditional culture, creating momentum to achieve good academic results in the 2025-2026 school year.

Gia Lai Approved Investment Policy for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has recently approved the investment policy and concurrently approved Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project will be implemented in Ia Ly Commune, Gia Lai Province, and Ya Ly Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

Gia Lai approves investment policy for Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2026, approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor of the Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project has a design capacity of 120MW and a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion.

Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 successfully organized the 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On August 24th 2026, at its Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4), stock code TV4, successfully organized its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed procedures, formalities, and applicable laws. The Meeting was attended and directed by representatives of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Ha - EVN’s Board Member; Mr. Tran Vinh Thai - Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Department; and Ms. Pham Huong Giang - Officer of Corporate Planning Department, together with 46 PECC4 shareholders, representing 14,850,719 shares, equivalent to 75.07% of the Company’s total voting shares.

EVNPECC4 participated in Football Tournament to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026)

On the afternoon of August 18th 2026, at My Anh Football Field in Nha Trang Ward, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in a football tournament commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026). The tournament was organized by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
