EVNPECC4 organized International Children's Day and awarded children of employees for academic achievements in the 2023-2024 school year

Inheriting and promoting the cultural beauty of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), the caring and nurturing children of employees has always received profound attention from the Company's Executive Board and Labor Union.

With the approval of the Company's Executive Board, on the evening of June 1^st 2024, at the head office - 11 Hoang Hoa Tham, the Labor Union in coordination with the Company's Youth Union organized the International Children's Day Program and the Commendation & Awarding Ceremony for the children of employees who achieved outstanding academic results in the 2023-2024 school year.

In the joyful and cheerful atmosphere of this year's International Children's Day, EVNPECC4's Labor Union and Youth Union organized a Gala program with lively games and attractive prizes, creating excitement and enthusiasm for the children such as throwing darts, archery skills, frog crossing the river, coin fishing, ring tossing, etc.

Through these lively games, the children were able to demonstrate their talents, observational skills, and immerse themselves in a playful and childhood-like atmosphere on the memorable International Children's Day - June 1^st, with their families and friends after the end of the school year.

Aiming to continue encouraging and motivating the spirit of employees' children after the 2023-2024 school year, the Organizing Committee also commended and awarded academic achievements to 198 primary and secondary school students who achieved outstanding results, and 14 students who won prizes in the District/City, Provincial, and National Outstanding Student/Talent Competitions.

The International Children's Day celebration on June 1^st 2024, at EVNPECC4 was truly a meaningful and engaging space, attracting a large number of enthusiastic children and youth of all ages. Through this event, the children also gained an understanding of the beautiful cultural traditions of the Company where their parents work.

The program, jointly organized by the Labor Union and the Company's Youth Union annually, has contributed to promoting the Company's good cultural traditions in caring for and nurturing children and youth.

Gia Lai Approved Investment Policy for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has recently approved the investment policy and concurrently approved Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project will be implemented in Ia Ly Commune, Gia Lai Province, and Ya Ly Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

Gia Lai approves investment policy for Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2026, approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor of the Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project has a design capacity of 120MW and a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion.

On August 24th 2026, at its Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4), stock code TV4, successfully organized its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed procedures, formalities, and applicable laws. The Meeting was attended and directed by representatives of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Ha - EVN’s Board Member; Mr. Tran Vinh Thai - Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Department; and Ms. Pham Huong Giang - Officer of Corporate Planning Department, together with 46 PECC4 shareholders, representing 14,850,719 shares, equivalent to 75.07% of the Company’s total voting shares.

EVNPECC4 participated in Football Tournament to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026)

On the afternoon of August 18th 2026, at My Anh Football Field in Nha Trang Ward, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in a football tournament commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026). The tournament was organized by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
