EVNPECC4 organized Level 3 Management Training Program

With the objective of enhancing the management capability of middle-level managers, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), in collaboration with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), organized the "Level 3 Management Training Program" following the framework program of Vietnam Electricity (EVN).

The training program provided knowledge and skills in center management, as well as managing relationships with relevant parties, for 48 participants who are Directors/Deputy Directors of Centers, Directors/Deputy Directors of Affiliates, Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments under EVNPECC4, and equivalent positions. The training took place at the headquarters of EVNPECC4 from September 10th, 2022, to October 8th, 2022.

The course was conducted according to the outlined content, program, and objectives, consisting of six topics based on EVN's framework program, which were lectured by the UEH's experts, and the CEO of EVNPECC4 also shared two practical seminars. At the end of the training, all participants were awarded certificates and achieved excellent or outstanding ratings. During the graduation ceremony, Professor, Ph.D. Nguyen Dong Phong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Council of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, congratulated the participants on their excellent course completion, praising their efforts and dedication throughout the learning process.

On behalf of EVNPECC4, Mr. Vu Thanh Danh, a Member of the Board and General Director of EVNPECC4, highly appreciated the spirit of striving for excellence in learning demonstrated by all participants and expressed hope that they would continue to research and apply the knowledge and skills they have learned to enhance the quality of management in their respective units and EVNPECC4 as a whole.
