EVNPECC4 organized Professional Knowledge Training Course on Bidding Professional Practice for the Company’s employees
On May 24th and 25th 2025, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) coordinated with the Center for Research Training and Development in Management Skills (CDMS) to organize a Professional Knowledge Training Course on Bidding Professional Practice for the Company's employees.
The course was organized in a combined format of both in-person and online learning. The number of EVNPECC4 participants exceeded 150 trainees.
The direct instructor for the training course was Mr. Nghiem Ngoc Dung - Deputy Director of the Bidding Support Center, Bidding Management Department under the Ministry of Finance.
Overview of the Professional Knowledge Training Course on Bidding Professional Practice
Throughout the two consecutive days, EVNPECC4 participants were briefed on and updated with new legal regulations, shared experiences, and received answers to some challenging situations related to bidding activities. Among these, several topics that received significant attention from participants included: General regulations in contractor selection; Procedures and processes for contractor selection; Contracts; Skills in preparing bidding documents, evaluating bid proposals, appraising bidding documents and contractor selection results; Regulations on information in bidding; Handling situations in bidding, etc.
The Professional Knowledge Training Course on Bidding Professional Practice is part of EVNPECC4's 2025 Training Plan. The program aims to provide opportunities for the Executive Board, Manager, Engineers and Specialists of EVNPECC4 who participate in bidding activities to update their knowledge and new legal regulations on bidding. At the same time, individuals who do not yet have Professional Practice Certificates for bidding activities (under Bidding Law No. 43/2013/QH13) or do not yet have Professional Knowledge Certificates on bidding can review and prepare for the examination to obtain Professional Knowledge Certificates on bidding issued by competent authorities as prescribed; ensuring that individuals in Expert Teams or Appraisal Teams appointed by EVNPECC4 to participate must meet the requirements of bidding laws.
The organization of the Professional Knowledge Training Course on Bidding Professional Practice affirms EVNPECC4's proactive approach in enhancing bidding capacity for its employees. This also serves as strong evidence of EVNPECC4's commitment to improving governance quality and efficiency in production and business operations.
