EVNPECC4 ‘s Labor Union celebrated the 115th International Women’s Day and the 1985th Anniversary of the Trung Sisters’ Uprising

In celebration of the 115^th International Women’s Day (March 8^th 1910 – March 8^th 2025) and the 1985^th anniversary of the Trung Sisters’ Uprising, the Labor Union of the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) organized a Women’s Day event at the company’s headquarters - 11 Hoang Hoa Tham, Nha Trang, on the morning of March 7^th 2025.

The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong – Deputy General Director, Head of the Committee for the Advancement of Women; Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dong – Chairman of Labor Union; along with all female employees of EVNPECC4.

Recognizing the positive contributions of female employees to the company’s business and production activities over the past period, on behalf of the company’s Executive Board, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong – Deputy General Director and Head of EVNPECC4‘s Committee for the Advancement of Women, delivered a speech and extended his best wishes to all female employees. On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong and Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dong presented flowers to congratulate the women and took commemorative photos with EVNPECC4’s Women Union.

On behalf of EVNPECC4’s Labor Union, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dong – Chairman of the Labor Union, gave a speech honoring the contributions and active roles of female employees in all aspects of the company’s business and production activities. He affirmed that the Labor Union always stands by the women in carrying out their political and professional responsibilities. The Chairman of the Labor Union also shared insights on the topic "Men and Gender Equality" and provided updates on key provisions of Labor Union Law No. 50/2024/QH15 and Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15 to all female employees of the company.

Following the event, female employees reflected on the historical significance of the 115^th International Women’s Day and the 1985^th Anniversary of the Trung Sisters’ Uprising. Representatives of EVNPECC4’s Women Union reported on the Union’s activities in 2024, announced the 2024 “Excellence in State Affairs and Household Affairs (2 Excellences)” awards, and disseminated state policies related directly to female workers. Additionally, they introduced the Resolution of the 13^th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Resolution of the 6^th Congress of the Vietnam Electricity Labor Union for the 2023-2028 term.

As part of the event, a culinary gathering was held where each team prepared their own dishes, contributing to a shared meal. The diverse and engaging activities of the celebration created a lively and cheerful atmosphere, strengthening the bonds among female employees and leaving them with meaningful and memorable experiences on International Women’s Day.
