EVNPECC4 signs contract with EVNPMB2 to implement consulting package for Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project
On December 22, 2025, in Hanoi, the Contract Signing Ceremony for consulting package No. TV02-SS3MR of the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project between Power Project Management Board 2 (EVNPMB2) and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) was successfully held.
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of EVNPECC4 was Mr. Le Cao Quyen - Chairman of the Board. On behalf of EVNPMB2 were Mr. Do Thanh Tai - Director of EVNPMB2; Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Deputy Director of EVNPMB2, along with professional staff from related business departments.
According to the Contract, EVNPECC4 will undertake surveying work, preparation of investment policy approval documents; preparation of technical design, detailed design, and bidding documents for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, with a total contract value of over 90 billion VND.

The Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project has an installed capacity of 130MW, annually supplying approximately 50.84 million kWh to the national power system, contributing to improving water resource exploitation efficiency, increasing mobilization capacity, ensuring safety and stability for the national power system, especially during peak hours in the Central region.
At the ceremony, implementing EVN's Resolution, EVNPMB2 Leadership representatives expressed their desire for both sides to coordinate closely and synchronously implement work contents, ensuring the goal of commencing the project in 2026.
With the highest spirit of determination, EVNPECC4 commits to concentrating resources, proactively implementing consulting work contents in parallel and synchronously, ensuring quality, efficiency and progress of the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project implementation.
The signing ceremony for consulting contract package No. TV02-SS3MR of the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project once again affirms EVNPECC4's outstanding professional capacity and reputation in the field of design consulting for power projects in general and hydropower in particular. This is also an important step for EVNPECC4 to continue accompanying EVNPMB2 in the field of investment and construction of energy projects in the future.
