EVNPECC4 successfully organized a sports festival to celebrate the 48th anniversary of establishment (14/7/1976 - 14/7/2024)

In celebration of the 70^th anniversary of Vietnam's Power Sector Traditional Day (21/12/1954 - 21/12/2024) and the 48^th anniversary of the establishment of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (14/7/1976 - 14/7/2024), EVNPECC4 and Labor Union successfully collaborated to organize the 2024 Sports Festival from July 12^th to July 13^th, 2024, at the Khanh Hoa Province Sports Arena and Nha Trang City Sports Training and Competition Center.

This year's sports festival of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) featured four competitive disciplines: Table tennis, Badminton, Tennis, and Running. Accordingly, 314 athletes from 18 units representing various Centers, Departments, and General Survey Enterprise within the Company competed in numerous singles, doubles, and team events. Previously, the " Running together - Strengthening solidarity - Igniting hope" Running/Walking Challenge had been enthusiastically embraced by a large number of company employees from June 15^th to July 9^th.

Throughout the two-day event, all sports disciplines demonstrated high levels of expertise with exciting and lively competitions. According to the organizing committee's assessment, all athletes showed enthusiastic dedication, unity, integrity, and significant improvements in their skills compared to the 2023 Sports Festival.

As a result, the organizing committee awarded a total of 72 prizes for all singles, doubles, and team events, along with 7 overall team awards.

The 2024 Sports Festival has been a traditional, healthy sport event that helps maintain and develop sports activities, enhance physical fitness among employees, foster solidarity, facilitate exchanges between units, and create an enthusiastic atmosphere to drive productivity, aiming to complete business targets in the last 6 months of the year. It held special significance in celebration of the company's 48^th anniversary and in welcoming the 70^th anniversary of the Power Sector's Traditional Day.

Despite the fact that the 2024 Sports Festival took place when the company was focusing on plans for the last six months of the year, with most units were urgently completing critical and priority tasks for the Power Sector, the Company's Executive Board had been very supportive and accommodating. Managers of various units had organized and arranged work schedules appropriately, encouraging and facilitating full employee participation in the Company Sports Festival as planned.

Recently, a delegation from the French Embassy in Vietnam and the French Development Agency (AFD) held a working session with the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and visited the 500kV Binh Duong 1 Substation.

Training on the BIM Software Ecosystem for EVNPECC4's Professional Consulting Engineers

Continuing its efforts to provide training and enhance the skills required to use software supporting surveying and engineering consulting activities, on 19th June 2026, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 4 (EVNPECC4) signed a training contract with the Research and Development of Software in Construction (RDSIC) under the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering to organize Building Information Modeling (BIM) training courses for EVNPECC4's professional consulting engineers.

500kV Hoa Binh Substation Upgraded to 1,800MVA, Strengthening Power Supply for Northern Vietnam Ahead of This Year’s Peak Heat Season

At 20:22 on April 29th 2026, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), in coordination with the Power Transmission Project Management Board (NPTPMB) and the National Power System and Market Operation Co., Ltd. (NSMO), successfully energized the project to upgrade the capacity of the 500kV Hoa Binh Substation, increasing its capacity from 1,350MVA to 1,800MVA.
