EVNPECC4 successfully organized the 2024 Party and Professional Work Summary Conference, 2025 Task Deployment and 2025 Employees’ Conference
On January 20th 2024, at Quinter Central Hotel - Nha Trang, the Party Committee and the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) successfully organized the 2024 Party and professional work summary conference, the 2025 task deployment and the 2025 Employees’ Conference.
The conference was attended by Comrade Le Cao Quyen - Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board; Comrade Tran Cao Hy - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Member of the Board and General Director; the company's Executive Board, as well as all officers, Party members, and employees of EVNPECC4.

Regarding the 2024 Party and professional work summary conference, the meeting successively reviewed the 2024 Party work summary report and key tasks for 2025 (Party Committee); the 2024 business performance results and the goals & plans for 2025 (Executive Board); the report on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, labor regulations, and grassroots democratic regulations in the company (Labor Union Executive Committee); and the financial disclosure report on the allocation and use of reward and welfare funds, contributions to the Labor Union, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance related to employees.
Regarding the 2025 Employees’ Conference, the Labor Union Executive Committee presented various topics, including the draft Collective Labor Agreement, the list of members participating in dialogues, and discussions, suggestions, and proposals regarding the policy on employee appreciation, visits, support, and healthcare. The Labor Union also launched the 2025 emulation movement, approved the draft resolution of the Employees' Conference, and voted to adopt the 2025 Employees' Conference Resolution.

In 2024, EVNPECC4 operated amid the approval of Power Plan VIII, but its implementation progress remained slow. The process of obtaining investment approvals for power grid projects by the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) faced numerous obstacles. Consequently, the company's workload did not meet expectations, placing significant pressure on its business operations and financial resources. However, thanks to the attention of EVN and the decisive leadership of EVNPECC4's management, along with timely operational measures and the concerted efforts and solidarity of all employees, the company surpassed its 2024 revenue targets. Total revenue reached 230.4 billion VND, including 207 billion VND from consulting services, and after-tax profit reached 30.7 billion VND.

In 2024, EVNPECC4 successfully provided consultancy services for the investment and construction of a large number of projects, ensuring schedule and quality. Several key national projects with significant political importance were highly rated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Electricity, such as the completion and energization of the 500kV Circuit-3 transmission line sections from Thanh Hoa - Nam Dinh and Nam Dinh - Pho Noi; the completion of surveys and feasibility reports for the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen Transmission Line; supervision of power grid projects importing electricity from Laos, including the 500kV Moonson - Thanh My Transmission Line, the 220kV Nam Sum - Nong Cong Transmission Line, and the Dac Ooc Switching Station; the technical verification package for 9 hydro power plants in Northern and Southern of Vietnam; the survey for technical designs of the Con Dao power supply submarine cable project; and the survey for the nearshore wind power project in Duyen Hai, Tra Vinh…
With these achievements, EVNPECC4 was honored as one of the outstanding units directly under EVN, receiving the Excellent Emulation Flag from EVN for 2024.
On this occasion, the conference also honored outstanding collectives and individuals of 2024. A total of 55 individuals received the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighters while 2 teams were awarded the EVN Excellent Emulation Flag. Additionally, 3 teams and 10 individuals received EVN Certificates of Merit, and 1 team was honored with the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises.
