EVNPECC4 successfully organized the Conference on Review of Party Work and Professional Work in 2025, Deployment of Tasks for 2026 and the 2026 Employees' Conference

On January 21^st, 2026, at Quinter Central - Nha Trang, the Company's Party Committee and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) successfully organized the Conference on Review of Party Work and Professional Work in 2025, Deployment of Tasks for 2026 and the 2026 Employees' Conference.

The conference was attended by Comrade Le Cao Quyen - Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board; Comrade Tran Cao Hy - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Member of the Board and General Director; the company's Executive Board, as well as all officers, Party members, and employees of EVNPECC4.

Regarding the 2025 Party and professional work summary conference, the meeting successively reviewed the 2025 Party work summary report and key tasks for 2026 (Party Committee); the 2025 business performance results and the goals & plans for 2026 (Executive Board); the report on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, labor regulations, and grassroots democratic regulations in the company (Labor Union Executive Committee); and the financial disclosure report on the allocation and use of reward and welfare funds, contributions to the Labor Union, Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance related to employees. The conference also listened to presentations on Energy Market Development (Business Department) and Some Solutions to Improve Survey Work Quality and Ensure Project Progress (Survey - Laboratory Centre).

Regarding the 2026 Employees' Conference, the Labor Union Executive Committee presented various topics, including the draft Collective Labor Agreement (amendments and supplements), and the list of members participating in dialogues. The Labor Union also launched the 2026 emulation movement, approved the draft resolution of the Employees' Conference, and voted to adopt the 2026 Employees' Conference Resolution.

2025 took place in the context of the economy gradually recovering and stabilizing, the energy sector continued to record strong growth in scale and investment capital. Obstacles related to mechanisms, policies and legal issues in the past period have been gradually resolved, thereby building confidence in the market and investors, promoting investment activities and business production in the energy sector to develop more positively.

With the attention and support from Vietnam Electricity, together with the decisive and flexible directions of EVNPECC4's Executive Board through many timely and effective solutions in management operations, and especially the efforts, solidarity and responsibility of the collective of officials, employees and workers, the company surpassed its 2025 business targets. Total revenue reached 303.68 billion VND, including 278.97 billion VND from consulting services, and pre-tax profit reached 41.05 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 20.74%.

In 2025, EVNPECC4 successfully provided consultancy services for the investment and construction of a large number of projects, ensuring schedule and quality. The company completed technical design, construction drawing design and construction supervision consulting work for the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line, meeting the urgent schedule according to the Prime Minister's directive; completed technical design and construction drawing work for the Con Dao undersea cable power supply project, meeting the construction schedule and EVN's required schedule; prepared construction drawing design for Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Phase 2 - Batch 1 to meet construction schedule, estimated to have completed 40% of the volume; basically completed the feasibility study report for Phuoc Hoa Pumped Storage Hydropower; effectively organized deployment for the Duyen Hai and Tra Vinh offshore wind power projects; proactively organized and deployed survey work for the Se San 3 and Se San 4 Expansion Hydropower Plant Projects to ensure construction commencement schedule in 2026.

With these achievements, EVNPECC4 was honored as one of the outstanding units directly under EVN, receiving the title "Advanced Labor Collective" from EVN for 2025. On this occasion, the conference also honored outstanding collectives and individuals of 2025. A total of 63 individuals received the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighters while 1 team was awarded the EVN Excellent Emulation Flag. Additionally, 2 teams and 6 individuals received EVN Certificates of Merit. The company also requested EVN to consider submitting to the Ministry of Finance for Certificates of Merit for 2 teams and 2 individuals who achieved outstanding achievements in their tasks in 2024 - 2025.

Looking ahead to 2026, building on the achievements of 2025, EVNPECC4's Executive Board and employees are determined to strive with the highest sense of responsibility and effort to meet and exceed the business targets set for 2026.
