EVNPECC4’s Labor Union celebrated 114th International Women's Day and 1984th Anniversary of the Trung Sisters' Uprising
In harmony with the nationwide celebration of the 114th International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2024) and the 1984th anniversary of the Trung Sisters' Uprising, with the support of the Executive Board of the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), the company's Labor Union organized a Women’s Day event at the company's headquarters - 11 Hoang Hoa Tham, Nha Trang on the morning of March 8th 2024.
There were Mr. Le Cao Quyen – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Tran Cao Hy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director; the Standing Committee of the Company's Labor Union, along with over 70 female employees of the company attending the event.
At the event, on behalf of the company's Executive Board, Mr. Le Cao Quyen – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of EVNPECC4, acknowledged and expressed gratitude for the continuous contributions of all female employees to the company. He highly appreciated the activities of the Labor Union and the Women's Union in 2023 and provided guidance for activities in 2024. On this occasion, representatives of the company's Executive Board presented flowers and conveyed best wishes to all female employees.
During the event, the company's female employees reviewed the report on the performance of the Women's Union and the activities of the Women's Union in 2023.
The event went vibrantly with diverse and enriching content promoting the significance meaning and history of the 114th International Women's Day (March 8th) and the 1984th anniversary of the Trung Sisters' Uprising; the meaning of International Happiness Day (March 20th); discussions on gender equality and the advancement of women; and dissemination of information directly related to female employees as stipulated in the state's legal documents and policies.

On this occasion, the EVNPECC4 Women's Union reviewed and awarded the title of "Excellence in State Affairs and Household Affairs (2 Excellences)" to outstanding female employees. In 2023, 69 out of 72 women in the company achieved this honor.
Additionally, the Women's Union discussed and shared perspectives on the working environment, learning & researching opportunities, and development prospects for female employees in the company, aiming to enhance the status and role of women in the company's activities.
