EVNPECC4’S Youth Union organized a visit and gave gifts to disadvantaged students and households in Khanh Vinh district, Khanh Hoa province

Inheriting and promoting the charitable cultural tradition of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) in community service and social welfare activities, on August 12th 2023, the Company’s Youth Union, along with the Grassroots Youth Union of Civil Servants and Armed Forces, the Youth Union of Nha Trang City, organized the 2023 Red Vacation – Green March program in Khanh Thuong commune, Khanh Vinh district.

At this program, the EVNPECC4‘s Youth Union and other units distributed 40 care packages to disadvantaged households in Ta Goc and Khanh Thuong communes. Each package contained rice, milk, daily necessities, valued at 300,000 VND. The units also gave 40 student packages to underprivileged students in the communes. Each student package contained notebooks, pens, ... valued at 250,000 VND. Specifically, the EVNPECC4‘s Youth Union contributed 20 household packages and 10 student packages.

In particular, the program arranged fun and entertaining activities for children in Khanh Thuong commune such as basketball shoots, sculpture painting, origami, bubble shows, and candy giveaways…

This is an extremely meaningful community service event that the EVNPECC4‘s Youth Union has actively and regularly participated in annually, with funding contributed by the company's youth union members and employees.

Through this deeply humanistic and impactful program, the EVNPECC4’s Youth Union together with other units, continue to demonstrate pioneering spirit and fulfill responsibilities to give back to the community, uphold the tradition of mutual care and assistance, share the difficulties faced by students, children, and people in remote areas of Khanh Hoa province.

Gia Lai Approved Investment Policy for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has recently approved the investment policy and concurrently approved Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project will be implemented in Ia Ly Commune, Gia Lai Province, and Ya Ly Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

Gia Lai approves investment policy for Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2026, approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor of the Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project has a design capacity of 120MW and a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion.

On August 24th 2026, at its Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4), stock code TV4, successfully organized its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed procedures, formalities, and applicable laws. The Meeting was attended and directed by representatives of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Ha - EVN’s Board Member; Mr. Tran Vinh Thai - Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Department; and Ms. Pham Huong Giang - Officer of Corporate Planning Department, together with 46 PECC4 shareholders, representing 14,850,719 shares, equivalent to 75.07% of the Company’s total voting shares.

EVNPECC4 participated in Football Tournament to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026)

On the afternoon of August 18th 2026, at My Anh Football Field in Nha Trang Ward, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in a football tournament commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026). The tournament was organized by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
