Farewell the Retirement of Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh - Assistant Executive Board

On October 7th, at the headquarters of the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), a farewell meeting was held for Mr. Huynh Quoc Vinh, the Assistant Executive Board, who retired according to the regulations.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Vu Thanh Danh - Chairman of the Board of PECC4, presiding over the meeting; Mr. Le Cao Quyen - Member of the Board, General Director of EVNPECC4; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong - Deputy General Director of EVNPECC4, Chief Supervisor, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, along with the leaders of various units within the company.

The intimate gathering was organized in a solemn and warm atmosphere. The comrades in the company's leadership, leaders of organizations, and heads of departments within the company recalled their memories and impressions of a key leader who contributed to the establishment of EVNPECC4 as it is today.

Mr. Huynh Quoc Vinh began his retirement on October 1, 2020. He has dedicated 37 years to the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4. After graduating from the University of Science and Technology in Da Nang, Mr. Huynh Quoc Vinh started working at the Electrical Design Division in Nha Trang (now EVNPECC4) until now, when he is eligible for retirement. He has held positions such as Construction Designing Manager, Project Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager of Rural and Mountainous Power Development Department, Manager of Transmission Line Engineering Department, and Assistant Executive Board.

On behalf of the company's leadership, the Chairman of the Board of EVNPECC4, Mr. Vu Thanh Danh, affirmed that in any position or assigned task, Mr. Huynh Quoc Vinh consistently demonstrated integrity, sincerity towards colleagues, dedication to work, consistently achieved outstanding performance in assigned tasks, and made significant contributions to EVNPECC4 in particular and the electricity sector in general. Mr. Huynh Quoc Vinh has also worked with the PECC4 leadership to overcome numerous difficulties and challenges to achieve the current achievements of EVNPECC4.

"Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, in an intimate and heartfelt atmosphere, we gather here to bid farewell to Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh, former Assistant Executive Board and former Party committee member for the 2015-2020 term and former Director of the Power Transmission Line Engineering Center. On behalf of all colleagues and staffs of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh.

After dedicating over 37 years of service to the electricity industry, Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh has successfully fulfilled his assigned mission and will now embark on a well-deserved retirement, embracing a life of tranquility while continuing to contribute as an exemplary citizen. Although we do not wish to bid farewell, farewells are inevitable. Every farewell evokes a sense of sadness and nostalgia.

In these emotions, today, on October 7th, 2020, EVNPECC4 organizes a solemn ceremony to express our gratitude and bid farewell to Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh as he enters retirement according to the established regulations.

Dear comrades,

After graduating from the University of Science and Technology in Da Nang, Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh joined the Electrical Design Branch in Nha Trang (now known as Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4) and has remained with the company until today when he is granted retirement benefits. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with various positions and responsibilities by his colleagues and superiors: from a design engineer to project leader for significant electricity projects nationwide, holding positions such as Deputy Team Leader, Team Leader of the Transmission Line Department (1983-1988), Deputy Head, Head of Rural and Mountainous Power Development Department (1998-2006), Head of Transmission Line Engineering Department (2006-2017), and Assistant Executive Board (2017-2020). Regardless of the position and role, Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh has always shown sincerity and honesty towards colleagues, demonstrating dedication and a high sense of responsibility in his work, consistently fulfilling assigned tasks and earning the trust and affection of his colleagues. His contributions to the electricity industry have been recognized through prestigious awards such as the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit, the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Certificate of Merit, the Khanh Hoa Province People's Committee's Certificate of Merit, the Vietnam Electricity's Certificate of Merit, and several years of recognition as an outstanding soldier at the grassroots and ministerial levels.

Dear comrades,

We acknowledge and congratulate Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh for his 37 years of dedication to the electricity industry, which has allowed him to retire and enjoy the benefits provided by the state. However, there will always be a void that cannot be filled in our hearts. Meetings and farewells are part of the natural and necessary course of life, and even though we anticipated this farewell, we cannot help but feel moved and saddened. We sincerely thank Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh for his contributions, dedication to the company, and guidance in nurturing generations of talented engineers.

We extend our best wishes for health and happiness to Comrade Huynh Quoc Vinh and his family.
