Legal knowledge enhancement and guidance on the implementation of new regulations governing construction activities for EVNPECC4 employees
To help the managers, engineers, specialists and employees of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) gain a thorough understanding of and correctly apply legal regulations in their daily work and business operations, EVNPECC4, in cooperation with the Center for Research Training and Development in Management Skills (CDMS), successfully organized a training course entitled "Legal knowledge enhancement and guidance on the implementation of new regulations governing construction activities," which took effect on July 1st 2026. The training was held on July 25-26th and August 1st 2026 at EVNPECC4's Head Office (11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province).

Since July 1st 2026, numerous new legal provisions governing the management of construction activities have officially come into effect. Throughout the training sessions, lecturers and experts from the Department of Construction Economics and Investment Management under the Ministry of Construction introduced, analyzed and provided practical guidance on the implementation of the Law on Construction (No. 135/2025/QH15), four Government Decrees (Nos. 217, 210, 207 and 206/2026/ND-CP), as well as seven Circulars and related implementing documents covering the latest regulatory changes in construction activity management.
A key highlight of the course was the interactive discussions, during which the lecturers and experts addressed participants' questions and practical challenges encountered by EVNPECC4 employees in applying the new legal regulations to their day-to-day professional work.
