Legal knowledge enhancement and guidance on the implementation of new regulations governing construction activities for EVNPECC4 employees

To help the managers, engineers, specialists and employees of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) gain a thorough understanding of and correctly apply legal regulations in their daily work and business operations, EVNPECC4, in cooperation with the Center for Research Training and Development in Management Skills (CDMS), successfully organized a training course entitled "Legal knowledge enhancement and guidance on the implementation of new regulations governing construction activities," which took effect on July 1^st 2026. The training was held on July 25-26^th and August 1^st 2026 at EVNPECC4's Head Office (11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province).

Since July 1^st 2026, numerous new legal provisions governing the management of construction activities have officially come into effect. Throughout the training sessions, lecturers and experts from the Department of Construction Economics and Investment Management under the Ministry of Construction introduced, analyzed and provided practical guidance on the implementation of the Law on Construction (No. 135/2025/QH15), four Government Decrees (Nos. 217, 210, 207 and 206/2026/ND-CP), as well as seven Circulars and related implementing documents covering the latest regulatory changes in construction activity management.

A key highlight of the course was the interactive discussions, during which the lecturers and experts addressed participants' questions and practical challenges encountered by EVNPECC4 employees in applying the new legal regulations to their day-to-day professional work.

The training course on Legal knowledge enhancement and guidance on the implementation of new regulations governing construction activities has equipped EVNPECC4's leaders, directors, project managers, engineers and specialists with a comprehensive understanding of the latest legal framework. This enables them to correctly interpret, effectively apply and fully comply with legal regulations governing construction activities in the Company's business and professional operations, thereby supporting EVNPECC4's sustainable development objectives.

Gia Lai Approved Investment Policy for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has recently approved the investment policy and concurrently approved Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project will be implemented in Ia Ly Commune, Gia Lai Province, and Ya Ly Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

Gia Lai approves investment policy for Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2026, approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor of the Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project has a design capacity of 120MW and a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion.

On August 24th 2026, at its Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4), stock code TV4, successfully organized its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed procedures, formalities, and applicable laws. The Meeting was attended and directed by representatives of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Ha - EVN’s Board Member; Mr. Tran Vinh Thai - Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Department; and Ms. Pham Huong Giang - Officer of Corporate Planning Department, together with 46 PECC4 shareholders, representing 14,850,719 shares, equivalent to 75.07% of the Company’s total voting shares.

EVNPECC4 participated in Football Tournament to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026)

On the afternoon of August 18th 2026, at My Anh Football Field in Nha Trang Ward, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in a football tournament commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026). The tournament was organized by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
