Organization of Women's Activities in Commemoration of the 112th International Women's Day

In the face of the increasingly complex Covid-19 situation, to ensure the safety of female employees in the context of the pandemic and to comply with EVN's digital transformation policy, on March 8, 2022, at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), the Women's Union organized online activities to commemorate the 112th International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2022) and the 1982 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.

During the conference, the Women's Union of the company summarized and rewarded the movement of "Excellences in State Affairs and Household Affairs" (2 excellences). In 2021, 68 out of 77 women were recognized with the title of 2 excellences. Additionally, the Women's Union disseminated information on the new points of the 2019 Labor Law regarding policies for female workers and gender equality. They also organized a panel discussion on specific provisions of the Law on Gender Equality.

Furthermore, the Women's Union provided knowledge on at-home treatment and nutrition for female employees with F0 cases (Covid-19 positive cases) within the company.
