Partnership agreement signing ceremony between EVNPECC4 and LS ELECTRIC

Ho Chi Minh City, on July 22^nd 2022, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) signed a partnership agreement with LS Electric Co., Ltd. at Korean Smart Electric and Energy Fair 2022 (KOSEF).

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of LS Electric, there was Mr. Kim Joong Woo - President represented; on the side of EVNPECC4, Mr. Le Cao Quyen - Chairman of the Board represented.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the two companies hoped that the cooperation and continuous development between the two companies would be successful.

LS Electric Co., Ltd (“LSE”), based in Korea, a global pioneer of electric power system, automation & smart energy industry, such as electrical Switchgears, Transformer, Motor control center, distribution panel, Automation & Smart Energy solution provider such as Battery Energy Storage system, Power Managing System, micro grids & DC solution, Critical Power Quality solution having a subsidiary factory in Vietnam as LS Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd (LSEVN).

This cooperation signing ceremony is an important milestone for the next development phase of the two companies. Both companies look forward to contributing to the restructuring of Vietnam’s energy industry with many sources of green energy and sustainable development.

500kV Hoa Binh Substation Upgraded to 1,800MVA, Strengthening Power Supply for Northern Vietnam Ahead of This Year’s Peak Heat Season

At 20:22 on April 29th 2026, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), in coordination with the Power Transmission Project Management Board (NPTPMB) and the National Power System and Market Operation Co., Ltd. (NSMO), successfully energized the project to upgrade the capacity of the 500kV Hoa Binh Substation, increasing its capacity from 1,350MVA to 1,800MVA.

EVNNPT Labor Union Supports Construction Site, Accelerates Completion of the 500kV Hoa Binh Substation Capacity Upgrade Project on Schedule

On April 9th 2026, in Phu Tho, the Labor Union of the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) visited and encouraged employees of the Power Transmission Project Management Board (NPTPMB), along with contractors working on the 500kV Hoa Binh Substation Capacity Upgrade Project—one of EVNNPT’s key and urgent power transmission projects.

Investment of VND 3,000 billion to develop a waste-to-energy plant in Khanh Son

On the morning of March 19th, the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), in coordination with Vietnam Environment Joint Stock Company (a member of the Amaccao Group), held a signing ceremony for a credit agreement and an insurance contract to implement the Khanh Son waste-to-energy plant project (Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City).
