PECC4 Labor Union presented support gifts from the Vietnam Electricity Labor Union to union members and employees affected by floods in 2025
On January 12th, 2026, the Labor Union of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4) organized the presentation of support gifts from the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) Labor Union to union members and employees affected by floods in 2025 through representatives of labor unions.
In November 2025, widespread heavy rainfall in areas of Khanh Hoa province caused severe flooding in many places, seriously affecting the daily lives and livelihoods of residents, including families of union members and employees of PECC4. According to statistics, PECC4 had 147 cases of union members and their families affected, of which 96 cases had houses flooded with water over 1m deep, while the remaining cases were flooded with water under 1m. Many electrical equipment, vehicles and essential household items of families were almost severely damaged.
According to the report and recommendations from PECC4 Labor Union; implementing expenditure according to Joint Directive No. 630/CTLT-EVN-CĐĐVN, the EVN Labor Union issued Decision No. 633/CĐĐVN on providing support of 357 million VND to 119 union members and employees of PECC4 who were in difficult circumstances, suffered losses and were affected by the floods in November 2025. The funding was allocated from the internal welfare fund according to Joint Directive No. 630/CTLT-EVN-CĐĐVN issued by EVN and the EVN Labor Union.
Implementing the direction of the EVN Labor Union, the Executive Committee of PECC4 Labor Union organized the presentation of support gifts from the EVN Labor Union to union members and employees affected by the aforementioned floods.

Previously, immediately after the nearly 10-day flood period in the Nha Trang areas, PECC4 Labor Union promptly organized visiting groups to encourage union members and employees affected with a total amount of 107 million VND; at the same time, proposed and recommended the Company allocate from the Company's welfare fund to support families of union members and employees affected, each family receiving from 1.5 to 6 million VND per family with a total amount of over 773 million VND, contributing to stabilizing their lives and returning to work soon. In addition, the Company and the Labor Union mobilized forces to organize support for cleaning up and environmental sanitation, helping to quickly stabilize daily life for families of union members and employees.
