Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4)'s prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic

The fourth wave of the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Khanh Hoa in June 2021. Therefore, the business operations of EVNPECC4 have been significantly affected by the social distancing measures implemented by the local government to prevent the spread of the virus.
In the face of the complex developments of the Covid-19 situation, the company has implemented various effective measures to prevent and control the disease, ensuring the safety of its employees. One practical action is coordinating with the local authorities to organize Covid-19 vaccination. So far, the company has provided vaccination for its employees with a rate of 86%, of which over 30% have received both doses.
The company has also implemented several policies and support measures for its employees, including ensuring stable income, assisting some employees who have unfortunately contracted the disease, and supporting employees in working "on-site."
The EVNPECC4's Labor Union promptly visited, supported, and encouraged the workers. They have supported 34 union members who faced difficulties due to the pandemic, with over 60 million VND. A proposal has been made to the Vietnam Electricity Labor Union to provide support for 26 union members with a sum of 17 million VND, as well as support one union member who is F0 (confirmed Covid-19 case) and two F1 (close contact of a confirmed case) union members with a sum of 11 million VND.
The company's leadership and the Labor Union continue to encourage the workers, share their burdens, and work together with the company to overcome the challenges posed by the pandemic. They strive to achieve the dual goals of effectively preventing the spread of the disease and ensuring business operations align with the set targets for 2021.
