Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 launched the “Drug -Free Enterprise” Model
On July 31st 2026, at the Company's headquarters auditorium located at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), in coordination with the Economic Security Division of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, officially launched the “Drug-Free Enterprise” model. The initiative aims to proactively raise awareness and strengthen the sense of responsibility among EVNPECC4's employees in drug prevention and control, thereby fostering a safe, healthy, and civilized working environment.
Representing the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police at the ceremony was Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Tam, Deputy Head of the Economic Security Division. Representing EVNPECC4 were Mr. Dong Trinh Hoang - Member in charge of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director; Mr. Vuong Anh Dung - Acting General Director; Mr. Huynh Minh Quang - Member of the Board of Directors, together with a large number of the Company's employees.
Prior to the official launch, and under the guidance and close coordination of the Economic Security Division of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, EVNPECC4 conducted a comprehensive review, developed an implementation plan, issued operating regulations and specific evaluation criteria for the model, and completed all necessary preparations to ensure its effective, synchronized implementation in line with the Company's operational characteristics.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Drug Crime Investigation Division of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police provided EVNPECC4's employees with detailed information on the current drug crime situation and drug-related social issues. The session introduced commonly encountered illicit drugs, emerging synthetic drugs, indicators of illegal drug use, and the methods and tactics used by criminals to lure and entice individuals into drug use. Participants were also informed of the relevant legal regulations, the harmful effects of drugs on individuals' health, families, and society, as well as practical guidance on drug prevention, early detection, and the proper procedures for reporting suspected drug-related activities to the competent authorities.
Major Nguyen Duc Hoang, Deputy Head of the Staff Team under the Drug Crime Investigation Division of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, delivered a presentation on the legal framework governing drug prevention and control, while also providing practical knowledge and skills for preventing drug abuse in the workplace.
In the presence of representatives of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police and the Company's leadership, representatives of EVNPECC4's employees signed a commitment to uphold and implement the criteria of the “Drug-Free Enterprise” model.
