Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020
On June 30, 2020, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) successfully organized its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 following the prescribed order, procedures, and laws. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Capital Management Department of Vietnam Electricity and nearly 70 shareholders of EVNPECC4.

During the general meeting, the following matters were approved:
- The report on the Board of Directors activities in 2019.
- The report from the Executive Board on the business performance in 2019 and the plan for 2020.
- The report from the Board of Supervisors.
- The audited financial report.
- The profit distribution plan.
- Remuneration for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors.
- The selection of an audit firm for the financial report.
- The appointment of additional members to the Board of Directors.
- The member replacement of the Board of Supervisors for the 2017-2022 term, as well as the internal governance regulations of the Company.
In 2019, the company faced numerous difficulties and challenges. The significant projects contributing to the company's revenue were no longer available. Unfavorable weather conditions affected the business operations of the Buon Don Hydropower Company (BDHC), resulting in a lack of dividends from BDHC, which affected the revenue and other targets of the company.
However, with relentless efforts and dedication from the leadership and all employees, the company successfully fulfilled its business objectives 2019. In recognition of the achieved results, at the Vietnam Electricity 2019 summary ceremony, the company was one of the 14 units awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by Vietnam Electricity.
In 2020, the company's business operations benefited from several favorable factors, such as the continuation of projects from previous years, including the Bac Ai pumped storage Hydropower Plant, the implementation of various 500kV/220kV transmission lines and 500kV substations in the southern region, and the purchase of electricity projects from Laos… The company anticipated an increase in revenue and dividends by over 10% in 2020.
During the general meeting, Mr. Le Cao Quyen was appointed as a Member of the Board, representing 30% of the state capital of EVN and assuming the responsibilities of the Deputy General Director. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen, a specialist from the EVN Capital Management Department, was also elected as a member of the Board of Supervisors, replacing Mr. Tran Vinh Thai.
The current Board of Directors of the company consists of five members:
- Mr. Vu Thanh Danh - Chairman of the Board, representing 40% of EVN's state capital.
- Mr. Le Cao Quyen - Member of the Board of Directors, representing 30% of EVN's state capital.
- Mr. Tran Cao Hy - Member of the Board of Directors, representing 30% of EVN's state capital.
- Mr. Tran Hoai Nam - Member of the Board of Directors.
- Mr. Lam Du Son - Member of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Supervisors consists of three members:
- Mr. Ho Nam Khanh - Chief Supervisor.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen - Member of the Board of Supervisor.
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Quoc Viet - Member of the Board of Supervisor.
