Support and assistance for EVNPECC4 labor union members facing difficulties

With a tradition of mutual support, the well-being of labor union members and workers has always been a particular concern of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4)’s Labor Union. On the afternoon of November 16, 2022, the Executive Board of the EVNPECC4 Labor Union organized a meeting with union members and workers facing challenging circumstances to encourage, share, and provide timely support.

During the meeting, on behalf of the Labor Union Executive Board, Comrade Tran Cao Hy - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Member of the Board, Deputy General Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union, shared the difficulties that union members, workers, and their families face. They showed care, provided encouragement, extended wishes for good health, and provided financial assistance to cases of union members and workers who are undergoing long-term medical treatment or facing severe illnesses.

In this program, the EVNPECC4 Labor Union also rewarded and encouraged six surveying and geological teams who are implementing 3 projects on the field under highly challenging working conditions. These projects are the Long An Global Tourism Project, the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen Substation Project, and the Da River Clean Water Project.

Representing the company's leadership and labor union, Comrade Tran Cao Hy shared the difficulties that union members, workers, and their families are facing. Comrade Tran Cao Hy highly appreciated the efforts of the surveying and geological teams in overcoming difficulties in their work and expressed confidence that these teams will continue to strive and fulfill their assigned tasks.

At the same time, Comrade Tran Cao Hy also requested the Labor Union Executive Board to regularly monitor and promptly provide support and assistance to cases of difficulties, as mentioned above, to support and share with the union members and workers promptly.

These meaningful actions by the labor union organization will motivate union members and workers to overcome difficulties, carry out their work with peace of mind, dedicate themselves, and have a long-term commitment to EVNPECC4. From there, it contributes to the construction of a robust and reliable labor union organization, worthy of being a trusted support for the union members and workers of EVNPECC4.
