The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMYU) of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (“EVNPECC4”, “the Company”), term 2022-2027 Congress

On April 15th, the HCMYU of EVNPECC4, term 2022-2027 Congress took place successfully.

There were Mr. Tran Cao Hy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Company's Labor Union, Mr. Chu Minh Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Nha Trang municipal HCMYU and Standing Committee of Party Committee, Executive representatives and 40 delegates convened from 07 HCMYU chapters attending the congress.

The HCMYU of EVNPECC4 Congress term 2022-2027 is a special political event of EVNPECC4’s youth. This congress has the task of comprehensively evaluating the results of implementing the HCMYU of EVNPECC4 Congress’s Resolution for the 2017-2022 term; determining the goals, directions and tasks of the Youth Union and youth movement for the term 2022-2027; improving the quality of the Youth Union organization, strengthening the fostering of revolutionary ideals, and encouraging the youth to be ambitious, pioneering and creative in order to contribute to the Company’s sustainable development.

During the last term, the Youth Union of EVNPECC4 has strived, overcome all difficulties and challenges, completed the assigned political and social tasks and achieved many remarkable achievements. With these achievements, EVNPECC4’s Youth Union has been awarded the title of unit excellently completing tasks for 5 consecutive years by Nha Trang municipal HCMYU.

Besides, the EVNPECC4’s Youth Union has participated in many youth projects, bringing in tens of billions VND in revenue, many of which are part of key national projects. Youth union members at the units have actively participated in the movement "Young creativity" with many initiatives and technical improvements that have been successfully applied, bringing high efficiency in production and business activities, contributing to the Company’s annual revenue growth.

With the action slogan: EVNPECC4’s Youth Union "Unity - Responsibility - Vanguard - Creativity - Development" in the term 2022-2027, EVNPECC4’s Youth Union has set 10 targets, 4 key tasks. In which, the Youth Union strives to have 1-2 practical topics, ideas and technical initiatives led by the union members. Every year, performing at least 1 project (the youth voluntary work); striving for over 80% rate of attracting and gathering young people; striving for 1-2 elite union members to be considered for admission into the Party Committee.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Tran Cao Hy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, the Company’s Deputy General Director recognized and praised the efforts of the company’s youth during the last term. As the Company's Leader, Mr. Tran Cao Hy directed the Youth Union of the Company to further promote the spirit of creativity, flexibility, and continuous innovation the methods of propaganda, education and encouragement youth union members..., along with that, the Company's Youth Union always stands with union members, promoting their intelligence, creative spirit and enthusiasm in proposing and applying initiatives, technical improvements, new ideas in the digital transformation era contributing to the development of EVNPECC4.

With the spirit of focus and democracy, the congress elected the Executive Committee of HCMYU of EVNPECC4, the term 2022-2027 including 09 cadres. With a high number of votes of confidence, Mr. Huynh Van Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Youth Union for the 2017-2022 term was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Company's Youth Union for the term 2022-2027.

The Congress received and understood the guiding directions of Mr. Chu Minh Phuong - Deputy Secretary Nha Trang municipal HCMYU and Mr. Tran Cao Hy - Representative of Party Committee, Leader of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 about the Union work and Youth movement of EVNPECC4’s Youth Union in the last term. At the same time, the Executive Board of the new term promised to be more determined, put a lot of efforts and strive to successfully complete the set goals and tasks in the 2022-2027 term.
