The Party Committee, Company and Labor Union of EVNPECC4 visited and encouraged employees at the key project site of 500kV Lao Cai – Vinh Yen transmission line

On June 29^th 2025, the Party Committee, the Company and the Labor Union of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) organized a visit to encourage employees and workers from the Site Supervision Consulting Centre and the Power Transmission Line Engineering Centre who are currently implementing the key project of the 500kV Lao Cai – Vinh Yen transmission line.

The 500kV Lao Cai – Vinh Yen transmission line project, with a total investment of over 7,410 billion VND, is invested by Vietnam Electricity (EVN). The transmission line stretches 229.5 km across 4 provinces: Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, and Vinh Phuc. The project involves the construction of a new 500kV double-circuit transmission line and the expansion of two 500kV feeder bays at the 500kV Vinh Yen substation, connecting to the 500kV Lao Cai substation.

EVNPECC4 has completed the engineering services as required by EVN's schedule. Currently, on the construction site, EVNPECC4 is continuing to perform author supervision for the section from tower position 231 to 470 in Yen Bai, Phu Tho, and Vinh Phuc provinces, as well as construction supervision of package 9HH (from position 380 to 428) and package 5XL (installation and expansion of feeder bays and optical repeater stations).

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Company’s Executive Board, Mr. Le Cao Quyen – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of EVNPECC4 – highly appreciated the dedication and efforts of the managers, employees, and engineers from the Site Supervision Consulting Centre and the Power Transmission Line Engineering Centre at the key project site of the 500kV Lao Cai – Vinh Yen transmission line. Given the urgency and importance of the project, Mr. Le Cao Quyen called on all staff and workers to continue promoting the spirit of professional excellence and innovation, enhancing technical initiatives, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the EVNPECC4‘s Labor Union, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dong – Chairman of the Labor Union – praised the collective effort, dedication, and solidarity of union members and workers of the Site Supervision Consulting Centre and the Power Transmission Line Engineering Centre contributing to the key 500kV Lao Cai – Vinh Yen transmission line project. He emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment, maintaining construction quality and demonstrating determination to complete the project on schedule. This effort is a meaningful contribution to celebrating the 71^st anniversary of the Vietnam Electricity sector (December 21^st, 1954 – December 21^st, 2025), the 96^th anniversary of the Vietnam Labor Union (July 28^th, 1929 – July 28^th, 2025), and the 49^th anniversary of EVNPECC4 (July 14^th, 1976 – July 14^th, 2025).

Thanks to the close and timely support from the Party Committee, the Company and the Labor Union, representatives of the Site Supervision Consulting Centre and the Power Transmission Line Engineering Centre at the site expressed their gratitude and pledged to maintain unity and determination to ensure quality and progress, successfully accomplishing the business and production targets set for 2025 by the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Company’s Executive Board.
