The Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 announced the appointment and reappointment decisions for several positions within the company

On March 29, 2021, the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) organized a ceremony to announce the decisions for the appointment and reappointment of the Assistant Executive Board and Heads/Deputy Head of various departments within the company.

Announcement and Presentation Ceremony of Appointment and Reappointment Decisions for EVNPECC4 Personnel

According to Decision No. 523/QD-HDQT dated December 1, 2020, by the Board of Directors of EVNPECC4, Mr. Huynh Minh Quang was appointed as the Director of the Southern Affiliate, effective from February 1, 2021.

According to Decision No. 17/QD-HDQT dated January 28, 2021, by the Board of Directors of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, Mr. Le Minh Toai was appointed as the Head of Quality Management, Research & Development Department, effective from February 1, 2021.

According to Decision No. 26/QD-TVĐ4 dated January 21, 2021, by Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, Ms. Duong Thi Bich Ha was reappointed as the Deputy Chief of Administrative Office, effective from January 1, 2021.

According to Decision No. 25/QD-TVĐ4 dated January 21, 2021, by Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, Mr. Le Nam Tien was reappointed as the Deputy Head of Human Resources Department, effective from January 1, 2021.

According to Decision No. 24/QD-TVĐ4 dated January 21, 2021, by Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa was reappointed as the Deputy Head of Finance & Accounting Department, effective from January 1, 2021.

According to Decision No. 23/QD-TVĐ4 dated January 21, 2021, by Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, Mr. Vo Ngoc Tri was appointed Deputy Director of Geodetic Consulting Centre, effective January 1, 2021.

During the ceremony, Mr. Vu Thanh Danh, the Chairman of the Board, congratulated the newly appointed officials and expressed his hope that they would continue to make efforts and strive to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing to the company's sustainable development.

Mr. Le Cao Quyen, EVNPECC4's General Director, also congratulated and highly appreciated the appointed and reappointed officials, acknowledging their competence and contributions to the company's development in previous years. He also urged the officials in their new positions to leverage their strengths, provide timely advice, and contribute to improving the company's production and business efficiency in the future.

The newly appointed and reappointed officials pledged to work with the company's leadership, harnessing their individual and collective strengths and collaborating effectively with other units within the company to accomplish its assigned tasks.

Gia Lai Approved Investment Policy for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee has recently approved the investment policy and concurrently approved Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor for the Se San 3 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project will be implemented in Ia Ly Commune, Gia Lai Province, and Ya Ly Commune, Quang Ngai Province.

Gia Lai approves investment policy for Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project

The Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3625/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2026, approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Vietnam Electricity (EVN) as the investor of the Sesan 4 Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The project has a design capacity of 120MW and a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion.

On August 24th 2026, at its Headquarters at 11 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (PECC4), stock code TV4, successfully organized its 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed procedures, formalities, and applicable laws. The Meeting was attended and directed by representatives of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Ha - EVN’s Board Member; Mr. Tran Vinh Thai - Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Department; and Ms. Pham Huong Giang - Officer of Corporate Planning Department, together with 46 PECC4 shareholders, representing 14,850,719 shares, equivalent to 75.07% of the Company’s total voting shares.

EVNPECC4 participated in Football Tournament to commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026)

On the afternoon of August 18th 2026, at My Anh Football Field in Nha Trang Ward, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in a football tournament commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam (19/8/1945 - 19/8/2026). The tournament was organized by the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Division of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
