In commemoration of the 67th anniversary of the traditional day of the Electricity sector, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) launched the program "7th EVN Pink Week" in 2021 with the message "Countless hearts - One love" to spread the spirit of compassion, solidarity, and community support to all units within the Electricity sector nationwide. In response to the program, the leadership of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4), along with the Labor Union and Youth Union of the company, initiated a voluntary blood donation program throughout the company.

The 110kV Phuoc Long Substation and its interconnection lines are undertaken by Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation as the investor, with the Ho Chi Minh City Power Grid Management Board assigned to oversee and execute the project. Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 4 is responsible for consultancy services, including surveying and engineering, from the feasibility study, technical design to detailed design.

On October 31st, 2021 in Ea Nam Commune - Ea H'Leo District - Dak Lak Province, Ea Nam Wind Power Plant with a capacity of 400MW was successfully connected to the grid with 84/84 turbines. This is the largest capacity wind power project installed in Vietnam which has been successfully energized. The plant was invested by Trung Nam Dak Lak 1 Wind Power Joint Stock Company (belonging Trung Nam Group) and designed by Power Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4).

On April 29, 2021, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) received a contract from Vietnam Electricity (EVN) to provide Technical Design (TD), Detailed Design (DD), estimation, and bid document preparation services for the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant (Phase 2). The contract has a total value of 102.3 billion VND and is expected to be completed in 2021.

In 2020, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) exceeded its production and business targets, with all indicators showing an increase compared to 2019. The revenue increased by 25.8% compared to 2019, pre-tax profit increased by 54.28% compared to 2019, and the contribution to the state budget exceeded by 21.95% compared to 2019.

In response to the 6th EVN Pink Week in 2020 with the message "Spread Love" from Vietnam Electricity (EVN), on the morning of December 22, 2020, the Labor Union and Youth Union of EVNPECC4 coordinated with the Red Cross, the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center of Khanh Hoa Province to organize a blood donation event with the participation of a large number of employees.

In response to the call of General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Vietnam Electricity to uphold the tradition of solidarity and mutual support, in November 2020, the Labor Union of EVNPECC4 organized a fundraising campaign to support the people in the Central region affected by storms and floods.
