On June 21, 2023, at Quinter Central Hotel in Nha Trang, Vietnam, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) successfully organized 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, following the prescribed procedures and laws, the stock code TV4. The meeting was attended and directed by representatives from Vietnam Electricity (EVN), including the Capital Management Department, Internal Audit and Financial Supervision Department, along with 65 shareholders of EVNPECC4, representing 16,250,118 shares with voting rights.
