On 17 October 2025, at Xuan Quang Commune, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Lao Cai – Vinh Yen 500kV Transmission Line Project. This project is dedicated to celebrating the success of the 1st Congress of the Government Party for the 2025–2030 term, in preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Party. Previously, the Lao Cai – Vinh Yen 500kV Transmission Line Project was successfully energized on 30 September 2025, completing eight months ahead of schedule compared to the initial plan approved under the Prime Minister’s Investment Policy Decision.

Despite facing many difficulties due to harsh weather conditions, several locations being situated on high mountains with complex terrain and geology, a large volume of site clearance work, and tight construction deadlines, with strong determination and great effort, EVN/Power Project Management Board No.1, and related units successfully completed the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line on schedule and with guaranteed quality.

On September 26th 2025, the Truong Son Wind Power Plant Cluster, with a total installed capacity of 600 MW, successfully completed grid connection and testing, and officially commenced commercial operation.

At 0:52 AM on October 3rd 2025, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and the National Power Transmission Projects Management Board (NPTPMB), coordinating with relevant units, energized the Project for Installation of the second transformer at the 220kV Tuong Duong Substation, thereby increasing the substation's capacity from 125MVA to 250MVA.

In the final three months of 2025, the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant construction site is focused on completing multiple critical progress milestones. EVN Vice President – Mr. Pham Hong Phuong requested that Power Project Management Board 3 and the Contractor Consortium pay special attention to management, coordination, and synchronous implementation of construction solutions with the most hands-on and decisive spirit.

At 23:12 on 30 September 2025, Vietnam Electricity, Power Project Management Board 1, in coordination with relevant units at the construction site, successfully energized the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project, completing 8 months ahead of schedule compared to the original plan, according to the project investment policy decision approved by the Prime Minister. Previously, on September 29 and 30, 2025, the Lao Cai 500kV substation phase 2 and the 500kV feeders at the Vinh Yen 500kV substation were also successfully energized.

On the morning of September 18th, 2025, at the Xuan Son Solid Waste Treatment Complex in Tung Thien Ward, the Hanoi People's Committee and AMACCAO Group organized the inauguration ceremony of the Seraphin Waste-to-Energy Plant with a capacity of 2,250 tons/day and night.

On September 4th 2025, Vietnam Electricity (EVN)/ Power Project Management Board 3 successfully energized the 110 kV Con Dao Substation, serving the power supply from the national grid to Con Dao Special Economic Zone. Previously, on September 2nd 2025, EVN/ Power Project Management Board 3 also successfully organized the energization of the National Grid Power Supply Project to Con Dao Special Economic Zone. In this national key project, the Joint Venture of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 (EVNPECC4) participated in implementing Package HH01-DZCD: Design, equipment supply and construction of submarine cable section (EPC).

At 04:05 on September 4, 2025, Vietnam Electricity (EVN)/Power Project Management Board No. 3 successfully energized the Con Dao 110kV Substation, serving the power supply from the national grid to Con Dao Special Zone.
